Architecture and Design

Community spaces are markers of place in time, they define the enduring character of their urban environment and become synonymous with the identity of a community.

Architect’s vision

Thirty Eight Elizabeth responds to the immediate city grid. A simple palette of warm sandstone cladding, bronze metal, and superbly detailed glazing reference historic buildings in the CBD. The sensitive use of timber and planting tops off the aesthetic of refined elegance.

At ground level on Elizabeth Street, the historic Farmers retail presence is tastefully complimented by the raised, north facing food and beverage terrace.

The result is a timeless design quality set against the local character of the Tauranga area.

Quality standards

Built with quality standards in mind, the best practices, design principles and materials have been used in the development of Elizabeth Towers. Given that the developers (Elizabeth Properties Ltd) will be a part of this development for a very long time, owning the retail precinct, there has been a focus on ensuring that the building is built once and built right.

Every detail both inside and out has been conceptualised and crafted to bring an
X factor to Elizabeth Towers. From extra-wide balconies that drink up the uninhibited and unparalleled views, to the hinges on the kitchen cabinetry, Elizabeth Towers offers quality that will stand the test of time.
